Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Original Artwork Shipping Policy

We aim to ship items within 2-3 days of purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. For commissioned artworks creation and delivery times will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Any losses when standard delivery is selected are at your own risk​

Original Artwork Return Policy

We gladly accept returns so that you can can purchase with confidence. Please return items within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. You will not be refunded for the original or return postage. This does not apply to commissioned paintings which are non-refundable. Rachel Alicia Hancock does not accept responsibility for any returns that become lost in transit. A tracked service is recommended.​

To return please package with your name, address, order number, email and reason for return, in the original packaging and send to the address on the reverse of your parcel. Please note that items which are returned to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact me to arrange a replacement (if applicable) and/or return as detailed above. You will be refunded the price of the faulty item in full including any postage charges. In the case of a replacement, you will not be refunded.

Mural Commission Timelines

The expected completion date for the project will be outlined in your initial Project Agreement.

Mural Repairs / Refunds

Mural commissions are bespoke, unique pieces of art, therefore refunds or free repairs will only be allowed unless the artwork created clearly violates any confirmed quality standards or agreements which have been specified and agreed upon between the customer and the artist prior to the work commencing.

Please note, that due to the custom nature of the work and unforeseen circumstances, projects may over run predicted deadlines, compensation will only be given if any financial impact has been caused as a result of a late completion.
